This 3 bed house that takes advantage of the unique fall on an acre site, by have the sleeping areas downstairs from the main living areas. This allow all the bedrooms to have access to the garden through private balcony but still remain private from the entrance road because the fall of the site creates a natural courtyard area surrounding the lower area of the house.

A rural bungalow on a roadside adjacent site, designed to accommodate first time homeowners. The house was designed as a 3 bed dwelling which could be expanded on as the family grew. The building is stylised to be in keeping with the local architectural language.

 

Location: Monaghan
Status: Pending Construction

This 3 bed rural dormer is situated on half an acre. The general form of the building was designed to be in keeping with the traditional rural architecture found in the area, while the materiality and fenestration uses more contemporary style.
